Moving into a new build usually means moving into a dirt lot. We turn that into a finished yard. Sprinklers, sod, garden beds, edging, plants, and mulch, all installed by one crew. You do not have to line up three contractors or figure out what order things happen in.
We do not price these off a satellite photo. A dedicated landscape designer comes out, assesses your lot in person, and builds a plan around your space, your sun, and what you actually want out of the yard.
Every package starts underground with a full sprinkler system for your lawn and flowerbeds, plus first year winterization. Then topsoil and Kentucky Bluegrass sod, with a $200 mowing credit so it gets cut properly while it roots in. Then the gardens: steel edging, amended soil, trees, shrubs, perennials, and your choice of bark or rock mulch.
You do not need to save for the whole project first. Financing is available on every package with payments starting around $110 a month, and approval takes minutes.
Sprinklers, sod, trees, and shrubs are all covered for a full year. If something we planted does not make it, we deal with it.
