Mow Job…
We’re looking to Train (Paid Training) Mow Techs.
Work starts at 7am until 4pm-ish
Pay starts at $20 plus Commision.
Example you have a 10hr budgeted list of jobs and you finish your list in 5 hours; You get paid a commision equal to 5 hours extra!! This is how the paycheck average can be up to $30 an hour!!
When you interview your free to ask any of our Mow guys about it, They Love it!! You will be trained for an undetermined amount of time after that you will get assigned a work truck, and all the tools needed to maintain Lawns.
Pay is Weekly!
Health, Vision & Dental Insurance is offered after 30 days and we cover 100% of the individual Bronze plan!
Winter Pay- In the winter from December1st - March1st You will be on Winter Salary. You will receive a check weekly whether it snows or not. Shoveling Residential homes; Driveways and walkways on snow days. Base pay for winter salary is Between $400-$800 a week. Pay depends on how many house your assigned during each storm.
Valid Driver’s license is required.
