About the CRS position…

We need a friendly person to book jobs, and who can make clients feel heard and communicate with our division managers so the workflow is smooth and fun. Ideal Candidate is a confident person with an upbeat personality and possibly has some sales experience (but sales experience is not required.)You will have great one on one training with a trainer who will help you every step of the way until you're ready to take ownership of your job!

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls from Clients, and Prospective clients (Leads) and answer their questions and sell them our services.

  • You will be trained to talk to Landscape customers.

  • Learning and fully immerse yourself in our 2 Customer Relations Management software Service Titan and Service Autopilot to manage clients and employees

  • Follow up with clients daily that have open estimates, and invoices.

  • Create and edit email docs for marketing, correspondence, or up-selling

  • If unable to find a solution, transferring calls to relevant person or calling back with answers

  • Stay on top of Billing, accounts payable and receivable

  • Responding to emails or forwarding to relevant manager with detailed notes

  • Following up, where assigned to

  • Enter production data and communicate that information to the techs

  • Handle and organize administrative documents

  • Posting our goals and assigning todo’s

  • Assisting with a variety of other administrative tasks

  • Assisting with the process of coordinating our field workers jobs

  • Find ways to have the office run more efficient
